Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Each print is produced to order, so returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of The Traveling Coquí.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@thetravelingcoqui.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

After reviewing the request, The Traveling Coquí may approve a replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request that the damaged item be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

Significant Delays

Refunds or replacements for delayed orders may be considered only when the delay is determined by The Traveling Coquí to be significant. Normal shipping delays, carrier delays, weather-related delays, customs delays, or other delays outside our control do not automatically qualify for a refund.

What qualifies as a significant delay is determined solely at the discretion of The Traveling Coquí.

Other Refund Requests

Because each item is custom-printed and fulfilled after purchase, refunds for reasons other than damage or significant delay are not guaranteed. Requests due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect shipping information, or other customer preference issues may be declined.

If a return or refund is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by The Traveling Coquí. Refunds may be withheld until the returned item has been received and inspected.

Fulfillment Costs

In some cases, print production and fulfillment costs may be non-refundable because they are incurred once the order has been produced.
