Shipping policy
All products from The Traveling Coqui are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner. Because each piece is made specifically for you, please allow time for production before your order ships.
Processing Time Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days of purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times by region are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated based on your order size and destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking: Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
International Orders — Customs & Duties International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
Damaged or Lost Orders. We take great care in the quality of every print. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work to make it right with a reprint or refund.
Made-to-Order Items Because all prints are produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
